Birthmark will meet with you, over the phone, virtually through the internet, or face to face, and ask important questions about your business, operations, clients, market conditions, and what's happening with your overal marketing and branding efforts.

2. Research - Yes? No? Maybe So?

Some clients have their market research all together and don't really need Birthmark to conduct additional research - they just send us the facts. For those that need some help, Birthmark will utilize all of the information we've gathered during the introduction stage and if necessary, do some additional research to get to know your industry, clients, current influences, competitors, etc. At this stage, every bit of information we have about your industry, and your market, helps us to create an intelligent and informed proposal. You don't know what you don't know, ya know?

3. We're Ready To Propose

Birthmark will present you with a proposal, outlining project goals, research findings and/or our understanding of who we're targeting and why, our recommendations, estimated cost, and an estimated timeline, all wrapped in a pretty little bow (actually, the bow is optional).

3. Get The Idea?

During the creative process, we'll work our magic. We'll provide visual comps, and sometimes even sketches for you, so you can see where things are headed and give us your feedback.
Some of our clients like to be included in the creative process, while others prefer to sit back and see the end result. Birthmark is happy to work as close or independently as you prefer.
We think, when it comes to creativity, everyone’s got something to offer and we welcome your input as our clients.

4. Get 'er Done

Once we get the final approval on a concept, we’ll move to the production stage and bring your project into fruition. Whether that means print production, web development, search engine optmimization, or delivering the hand-carved ice sculpture of your logo up 37 flights of stairs, we'll keep you informed about the project at all times - and if you ever have questions about where you stand, we're a call, email, instant message, or text away. 5. How's My Driving?

Tracking the success of a campaign or project is always good business, and that’s what we try to do with each and every project we can. Measuring the effectiveness of where you’re spending your marketing budget is important, and we want to know what went well, and what could have been done differently, so we’ll continue to improve your brand and our service. We can do this through Google Analytics tools (for online initiatives), tracking urls, special phone numbers, social media accounts, and other means. The bottom line is, we're interested in seeing results, not painting pretty pictures.
